Attendees will be presented with a review of the CRCC Code of ethics as applied to manager/supervisor responsibilities. Attention will be directed to Section D. Professional Responsibility and Section H. Supervision, Training, and Teaching.
The Presentation will outline:
- Awareness of ethical considerations for managers.
- Responsibilities associated with clinical supervision
- Challenges faced by managers
- Ethical practice associated with manager roles and expectations
